Our delivery

When you order on a weekday, and before 1.30pm, we will do our best to pack and send your order that day. We like to get things out to you as soon as possible, and if there is a problem with sending it, we will do our best to let you know. 

If you order at a weekend, then we may be able to send the order, but we cannot guarantee that it will be picked up by the post or courier firm until the next working day. 

If you need something urgently - please do let us know in the order notes. We are also able to do some limited delivery within a 10 mile radius of Grassington, down as far as Silsden, and you are always welcome to click and collect from us.

Shipping

We are pleased to be able to offer you free (UK) shipping with standard delivery (2-4 working days) on all orders over £50.00.

We try very hard to just charge shipping at a rate that reflects what it costs us to send it. We don't sting you for it by imposing an expensive flat rate - we try and match the charge to what you buy from us by weight and size/shape.

Orders under £50.00 have a standard cost depending on their weight and size. The minimum cost for most packages is £2.75 for standard 2nd class Royal Mail / Evri shipping. If you are desperate for your skeins and cannot wait, please contact us first before ordering and we can quote you for quicker shipping. If you are ordering items that cannot be sent by Royal Mail or Evri's standard service (hand frames are an example - they are too long), we can tell you what the cost will be and produce a draft order for you. 

If you are ordering from overseas, it may be worth you contacting us before ordering as we may be able to quote a more accurate shipping charge for you. The website only has some very standard ones as we are not yet quite sophisticated enough to calculate it automatically.

Delivery and Click & Collect

We are delighted to be able to offer a delivery service to locations close to our shop in Grassington and down to Skipton and a little beyond. If your order qualifies for free shipping, then you can select delivery as an option. If you do not qualify for free shipping, then you can select delivery for £2.75. We will try and deliver the next day at the latest, sometimes the same day.
