Thank you for visiting our website and shop. We know that you'd rather be able to walk into the shop to see or feel the threads, wools, canvases, fabrics, and accessories that we have in stock, but that it's not always possible. So, we do try to present products as best we can, so that you can almost reach out and touch them.

*-*-* DECEMBER / JANUARY SALE *-*-*

We have a problem that we need help with - we can't see the other end of the shop for Appletons Crewel & Tapestry Wool! We have just done a stocktake (December 2024) and we have almost 11,000 hanks in stock. So: we are having a BIG sale between today, the 19th December, starting at 5pm until the 15th January 2025. All hanks that are in stock are reduced from £3.50 to £2.00. If you need more we can still order it in (when Appletons reopen in January) - please email us or ring us to order!

OUR SHOP OPENING HOURS OVER XMAS AND NEW YEAR -

• Monday 23rd December: open as normal 10am to 3pm
• Tuesday 24th December: open 10am to 1pm
• Wednesday 25th December to Tuesday 31st December - Shop is CLOSED, but online orders will be processed and sent out on normal business days
• Wednesday 1st January 2025 and beyond - open again as normal :-)
